How can i register as freelancer?
You can register for free by clicking on "Sign up" button and you have to select "Join as freelancer" and fill in few details. Once registered you will have to verify your email and you are good to go.
Do i need to pay any fee for withdrawal?
We don't charge any fee for withdrawal, Your withdrawal method payment providers may charge you some fees please check with them before withdrawing. For Ghar pe option we charge a flat Rs200 processing and courier fees.
How much commissions do i need to pay?
You don't have to pay anything until job is done, once its approved and finished then we take only 7% fee from the total amount.
How can i register as client?
You can register for free by clicking on "Sign up" button and you have to select "Join as client" and fill in few details. Once registered you will have to verify your email and you are good to go.
How can i bid on jobs available?
Once you register you will get 20 free connects, you can use that to bid on jobs you wish to. Each bid will cost you 2 connects, once you finish your connects you can always purchase more connects from subscription page.
How can i create services?
You can create new services by logging into your account and from dashboard click "Create a project" once on that page you can follow 3 simple steps and create your service. Any new service you post will go through approval from our team once its approved it will be live on our website.
Are there any restrictions on posting services?
No you can post as many services as you like and it's all free to post.
How can i post a new job as client?
You can post new jobs by logging into your account as a client and from dashboard click "Post a job" once on that page you can follow 3 simple steps and post a new job. Any new job you post will go through approval from our team once its approved it will be live on our website.
Can we use one account for freelancer and client?
Yes you can switch accounts between freelancer and client from your dashboard once you are registered.
My client is not replying after i have submitted the job
If client is not replying you can wait for 3 days as after 3 days client has to either accept or reject job. If they don't take any action that job will be accepted automatically and you will receive your funds in your wallet. If still you face any issues with client you can always contact our support team.
How do i contact support team?
You can contact our team either from your dashboard by creating a support ticket or you can also contact us through contact form above. But for faster replies we prefer you can create a support ticket.
I have not received my funds, what should i do?
Please wait for 5 to 7 business days you should get your withdrawal funds, if still you didn't get you can always create a support ticket so our team can investigate and get your funds deposited in your withdrawal method.
How can i promote my profile?
You can promote your profile by going to your dashboard and clicking on "Profile Details" once there click on "Promote profile" select your package and pay for it. Once paid your profile will be promoted instantly, you can check by going on freelancers and selecting Pro. Promoting profile gives your profile a big boost as it appears on Pro page and you can get more jobs.
How can i promote my project?
You can promote your project by going to your dashboard and clicking on "Profile Details" once there scroll down to your projects and click "Promote Project" select your package and pay for it. Once paid your project will be promoted instantly, you can check by going on services tab and selecting Pro. Promoting your project gives your service a big boost as it appears on Pro page and you can get more jobs.
